We at Taylor's Discount Supplies believe that all customers should receive fast and convenient shipping. All orders are shipped via the UPS. After your order is confirmed on our end you will receive an email confirming your order and tracking numbers. PLEASE NOTE ANY ORDERS MADE FRIDAY-MONDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.

Returns:
We offer life-time warrantees on manufacturer defects on all our products. After products are inspected we will offer an exchange on the product. Please note there are no cash refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of your product, and a brief description of your issues. This will make the process go quickly and smoothly.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted (if applicable):
- Products with signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchange (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, text, or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an exchange will be sent to you.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items over $75, we suggest that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for a refund or exchange. Within 31-50 days we will offer you in-store credit for equivalent value.

Non-returnable items include:

Clearance/sales items.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. Not Responsible for Return to Sender packages, which can take up to 60 days to receive. Returns cannot be processed until the package is received.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
